Satellite Mapping for Commercial Rooftop Units

We have a commercial HVAC business in Southern IN and Kentucky and all of Florida. Would like to have someone that can use AI and scan satellite images to map out the number and maybe the size units. It would be nice to see that there was x number of units on y address. Would be nice to associate the address with a business name also.

I have seen other companies map out the number of parking spots or cars in parking lots. If you have done something like this in the past. Please refer to it.
