Restaurant Phone Response AI Development

I'm looking for a talented AI developer to create a phone-response AI for managing my restaurant's telephone calls related to reservations. Must function as a web-based platform, and as a mobile app.

I’m looking for someone who can develop an AI program that handles incoming restaurant calls if no one answers after 5 rings. The AI should be capable of having a natural conversation with the caller. It's important that the tool recognizes and supports three languages: English, Spanish, and Dutch. Additionally, it must integrate with Restoo, which provides an API.

Tasks for the AI include:
- Booking tables
- Cancelling reservations
- Confirming reservations
- Providing basic information about my restaurant
- Sharing menu details
- Stating location information
