AI Real Estate Video Creation Automation

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help automate my real estate video creation workflow.

The goal is to build a website or landing page with ordering system where estate agents can upload property images, categorise them, and automatically generate a narrated video highlighting key features.

This system should include AI-powered image recognition, script generation, voiceover narration, and automated video assembly.

Responsibilities:
• Develop an online form for agents to upload property images and details.

• Implement AI-based image recognition to categorise images into sections (e.g., living room, kitchen).

• Automate script generation using AI (GPT-based models).

• Integrate AI voiceover tools to narrate the script.

• Automate image-to-video creation with smooth transitions and branding.

• Set up a delivery system where completed videos are sent to agents.

• Develop a simple dashboard where agents can track orders.


Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vision AI, ElevenLabs, WellSaid Labs).

• Proficiency in automation tools (Zapier, Make, or custom Python scripts).

• Knowledge of video editing automation (FFmpeg, RunwayML, Pictory, or similar).

• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (Bubble, Softr, Glide) is a plus.

• Ability to integrate payment processing (Stripe, PayPal) is a bonus.
