RAG Agent for Customer Service

I'm seeking to create an Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Application Agent. This bot will have a primary function as a customer service chatbot equipped with specialized knowledge. It will take plain text questions and using the LLM model and specialized knowledge base, generates and then executes the steps using the provided APIs and then receives the responses, convert them back to plain English and provide the answer. However, not all details are defined yet, so a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changes are essential.
