I'm seeking an expert in AI and health data analysis to develop a prototype system for me. The system's primary function should be to analyze health data to predict disease outbreaks, identify at-risk populations, and improve healthcare planning and resource allocation.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience with AI systems and a strong understanding of health data analysis. Skills in programming, machine learning, and data interpretation are crucial. The ability to develop a user-friendly interface for the system is also highly desirable.
