AI Productivity Tools: Research, Slides and Excercises
Budget: €20 – €60 EUR
1. Research AI tools or application of tools for everyday office work. The idea is to find applications, that anyone working in an office can directly start using to improve productivity in eryerday work. The tools should have a free version or at least a trial without the need give credit card details. The only exception is when using the OpenAI API, that is acceptable. Also it is okay to use any Microsoft Office tools. List 15-20 relevant applications.
Examples:
(a) Using ChatGPT within Excel formulas
(b) Transcribe audio
(c) Enhance Image quality
Further ideas could be: answering/finding/organising mails, improving texts, summarising and finding documents etc.
I will then make a choice with which tools/applications to continue.
2. Make a PowerPoint presentation including about 10 tools, explaining their functionality. Include screenshots. Use the PowerPoint template that I will provide.
3. For each of These tools, make a small excercise of how to use this tools. The excercise should be on one slide, and if a solution/explanation is necessary, it should be included on the slides afterwards, including screenshots and a step-by-step description. Each excercise should take not more than 20 minutes to complete.
Include a list of references to all external sources you use (including YouTube, tutorials videos etc.)
The timeline is 1-2 days for completion. All rights will be with the purchaser.
Necessary skills: good knowledge about AI tools, creativity on how to use them, PowerPoint, good command of the English language, teaching/didactics
In your proposal please give 1-2 examples of what you might include and your background in applying AI tools.
