AI-Powered Telephony Campaign Platform Development

I want to develop a web-based platform where users can register an account, log in, and manage their own calling campaigns. Once registered, users should be able to upload their own lead lists (e.g., via CSV or Excel) directly through the platform. From the settings section, users should also be able to integrate their preferred telephony providers such as Teltel or CommPeak, so that all calls are routed through their existing infrastructure. The core feature of the platform is the ability for users to launch AI-powered calling campaigns. The AI should be capable of having logical, natural-sounding conversations with customers based on user-provided instructions or training data. These instructions should be editable and manageable directly from the platform—meaning users can define the goal of the conversation, potential objections, and how the AI should respond. During calls, the AI should collect relevant information from the customer and, if the conditions are met, automatically schedule appointments, ideally with calendar integration (Google Calendar or similar). The system should also provide call summaries and basic analytics so users can track the performance of each campaign.
