Project Description:
We are New York Online Realty and we are launching PropertySuper.com – a fully AI-native SaaS platform that acts as a 24/7 “AI superintendent” for property owners, landlords, and property managers.
The platform completely automates maintenance coordination using the latest agentic AI technology stack.
We are looking for an experienced individual OR a small, high-output team (max 4 people) who can take full ownership and build the entire MVP from scratch in 3–6 months, with strong potential to become a long-term core development partner.
High-level scope (details shared only after NDA):

Multi-channel intelligent request intake & automation
Advanced agentic workflows with tool-calling, memory, planning, and evaluation
RAG pipelines over property/maintenance data
Real-time routing, scheduling, escrow payments, and marketplace logic
Scalable cloud backend + light admin/user dashboards

Required experience (must be covered by you or your team):

Production systems shipped with: LangGraph, LangChain, Lovable, OpenAI Assistants API, Anthropic tool use, CrewAI, AutoGen
Advanced RAG (hybrid search, rerankers, citations, structured extraction)
Tool-calling + JSON schema orchestration
Modern LLMs: o1, GPT-4o, Claude 3.5/3.7 Sonnet, Gemini, Llama 3.x+, etc.
Vector stores: Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Qdrant
Observability & evals: LangSmith, Ragas, promptfoo, guardrails
Deployment: Vercel, Modal, Fly.io, Cloudflare Workers, serverless
Integrations: Stripe (escrow), Twilio/SMS, Google Calendar, third-party APIs

Nice to have:

Real-time features (WebRTC)
Light frontend (Next.js / Remix / SvelteKit) or rapid prototyping tools (Streamlit/Gradio)
Previous work in real estate, marketplace, or field-service platforms
