AI-Powered Procurement Web App

I'm looking for a talented developer to create a web-based procurement app integrated with AI. This app will primarily analyze financial, technical, and commercial data, helping to drive smarter decision-making in the procurement process.

The web based app must have two types of login users namely:

1. Client / Quantity Surveyor (QS)
2. Contractor

Key Features:
- Tendering features: Create a solution where contractors can log in to a web based platform and complete the tender data including tender data such as but not limited to, Company profiles, quality management plan, programme/schedule, cashflow forecast etc.
- Schedule of rates/pricing: The QS should be able to upload a schedule onto the app which includes items to be priced. The contractor should be able to price each item in the relevant currency. No more than 2 decimals allowed.
- Tender evaluation: After the contractors have completed all of the information, the integrated AI should assist with tender evaluation and adjudication by being able to:
- Read documents uploaded by the contractor
- Do a cost analysis of items priced
- Assist the QS in formulating an overall tender evaluation report.
