Oracle Cloud AI Developer – Decision Support Portal

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud developer (or team) with expertise in AI, machine learning, knowledge graphs, and dashboards to build a next‑generation decision support portal.
This is a freelance / contract project, with the potential to evolve into a longer‑term engagement.

Project Overview:
The portal will serve as a command and decision platform for executive and operational teams. It will:
Suggest use cases & workflows, with scenario playbooks
Integrate external data feeds and classify input data as relevant or not
Provide a conversational interface (LLM‑powered chat) for team interactions
Classify risks based on user inputs and link them to regulatory requirements
Present a dynamic dashboard with insights, including templates like Top 10 Risks
The solution will be fully hosted and integrated on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Key Deliverables:
• Design & deploy a web portal frontend and backend hosted on OCI
• Fine‑tune or implement LLM on OCI Data Science for chatbot & recommendations
• Build and populate a knowledge graph (Neo4j or Autonomous JSON DB) for workflows, regulations, and use cases
• Develop and deploy a data classifier (ML model) in OCI Data Science
• Connect and integrate external data feeds
• Build dynamic dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud
• Ensure security, scalability, and explainability of AI outputs

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience developing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Familiarity with Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Analytics Cloud
Expertise in AI/ML/NLP: LLMs, fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, RAG techniques
Knowledge graph design & implementation (preferably Neo4j or similar)
Experience with Python (FastAPI, LangChain, ML frameworks)
Experience with React.js (or equivalent) for frontend
Strong API integration skills
