AI Music Video Creation with Changed Lyrics using key terms

I'm looking for an AI expert who can help me re-create a live-action music video with changed lyrics for educational purposes.
The primary focus of the project would be writing a "how-to" instructions for people with some familiarity with AI tools to be able to produce a similar result. The final product will be a music video with similar lyrics while focusing on specific words or topics. After the Lyric are done, produce a music video similar to the original using the original song's beat but with the new lyrics.
For example:
Search for the official video for "Michael Jackson - Billie Jean"
Re-create it, but change some of the lyrics that he is singing about Blue Jeans
The Video should use the same lyrics, but the person dancing would we wearing Blue Jeans.
The more important is that the lyrics add key ideas or phrases.
The music video should look similar to the original, but can it does not matter if the singer/dancer looks like Michael Jackson. It can be animated or AI models of real people.
