Requirement for Formatting Output Using Microsoft Copilot in Word or Excel

We are using Microsoft Copilot in Word and Excel, where we provide a document with a specific format as input. When we give prompts, such as "Create a new website" or "Suggest a laptop for purchase," Copilot generates content correctly based on the prompt. However, the output does not retain the same format as the input document.

Our requirement is that the output should match the exact format of the input document, including colors, fonts, bold, italic, and other formatting. Currently, we must make additional adjustments to achieve the desired format, which is time-consuming.

We discussed this with Microsoft, and they suggested that we could add agents to address this issue. We need clarification on whether our developers can implement such functionality to ensure that the output generated by Copilot matches the input document's format exactly.

Since we already have a Copilot license, we prefer to solve this issue using Copilot without creating a separate application. The management has also emphasized not using any additional tools or platforms.

Problem Statement:
How can we configure Microsoft Copilot to ensure that the output matches the formatting of the input document exactly? If adding agents is a viable solution, can our developers implement it? Alternatively, if you have another solution to this issue, please share your recommendations.
