Maturity Assessment Tool in excel

I'm in need of a maturity assessment tool by excel.
We have 13 processes each process should be in specific excel sheet and their scores should be reflected in a scorecard or dashboard that shows analysis of the process and overall maturity scale
I have the processes developed, evaluation mechanism established and maturity scale prepared.
All i need is an excel power user to reflect these information and create a dynamic excel that can be used as assessment tool
