Markerless biomechanic analyzation

Looking for a person to create software using markerless technology like the videos and picture attached. Once the tech is established, would need analyzation and creation of metrics which we would share once hired. This data would need to be displayed on the web app in a clean and easy to read fashion. Export of the data would need to be in a video format.
