Looking for an AI that can generate battle outcomes between various sides in a deathbattle for personal use

I've always loved the show deadliest warrior growing up , I'd look a bot that can decide the outcome of a battle based on the numbers of each side and the weapons , equipment , terrain and vehicles given

Modern , Near Future , Far Future , Past Industrial Revolution , Gunpowder age , Classical age

etc , just have an ai that could decided that outcome of a fight between a ton of fighters on the cheap for personal use
