Looking to create/train AI model using Vicuna.

I am looking for help creating and training an AI model using Vicuna. I am looking for a Reinforcement Learning model, and I need help finding a suitable dataset. I am targeting high accuracy with the model. The chosen freelancer should be knowledgeable with AI models and must have experience in Vicuna. Experience with Reinforcement Learning and/or suitable datasets would be advantageous.
