I am seeking an AI expert who can install a local AI LLM on my system. The objective is to generate short videos using this AI.

I am looking for someone to select the best FREE artificial intelligence (AI) large language model (LLM), and then to make instructions showing how to download and install it on a local machine.
Then once it is installed, I want to give it a simple sentence and ask it to generate a small video from that sentence, example:
"John Doe was smiling and jumping up and down with joy. He is surrounded by money floating in the air around him. Then John is seen running to the lottery office on Main Street to claim his winning million dollars."
So the winner of this project will:
1) Select a FREE AI LLM that can generate videos;
2) Make instructions showing how to download the software needed;
3) Make instructions showing how to install the software on a local machine;
4) Make instructions showing whatever else needs to be done to prepare it to make videos;
5) Give the sentence above to the AI LLM to generate the test video;
You will deliver the instructions, and I will install it on my local machine (Linux or Windows, you choose), then I will use the sentence above to test the setup and if it is able to generate a video file from the sentence above and some more test sentences, it works and you get paid.
