Letter of Recommendation for a Project Leader

I just need an Economist based in the USA who can read/review a compelling letter of recommendation for my project in the US and sign-off on it. This letter highlights the leadership skills, technical expertise, and team collaboration abilities, and most importantly, the national and critical importance of our project in the realm of economic development.

It is written professionally, following the conventions of formal letter writing, and persuasively advocate for the project lead's qualities and contributions. I just need a proper Economist to sign-off and vouch/recomment for it.

Attached is the descrption of the project I am leading in the US. Once we agree, I will share the recommendation letter to be signed-off.
