Langchain Expert

I am looking for a Langchain Expert to be part of our AI Team we have recently formed. During training, you will be working independently with me until we assign you to a long term project.
Your First Job: We plan to make vectors and organize PDFs of various types, all related to Medical. We have over 1000 PDFs, and about 500 clients, each with access to 1-4 PDFs (Medical [sometimes 2], Dental, and Vision). When a Member (of the client), asks questions about their Health Plan, it will provide information it knows, consult with GPT4, google SERP, and other models we provide to provide accurate answers.
Your Potential Second Job: We have 10 years of our Github sourcecode, Kanban data (Json from Trello), google workspace emails (.eml or .mbox), slack data. We want to not only organize the data into vector indices, we want to make specific chatbots for certain people with their own finetuned models, or guard rails. Our ultimate goal is to automate our Health Business.
