Lab Entry Monitoring System

I need a program that utilizes a webcam to automatically recognize and count individuals entering and exiting a lab, as well as tracking how long they stay inside.

We have two type of people entering the lam. 1. Staff with jacket and 2. Student

Requirements:
- Web-based interface for easy access
- Automatic recognition of staff and students
- Store both photos and data for future reference

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with facial recognition software
