We are looking for a professional and reliable interview proxy to represent me during technical interviews for various software engineering and AI-related roles. The proxy will participate in the interview on my behalf, adhering to all instructions provided. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in the following areas, depending on the role:
Software Engineering: Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django, Spring Boot)
AI/ML Engineering: Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data analysis (Pandas, NumPy), and AI application in real-world projects
Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment strategies
Backend Development: Strong experience with backend architecture, REST APIs, and database management
Responsibilities:
Participate in technical interviews, providing answers to coding challenges, system design problems, and theoretical questions on behalf of the client.
Ensure clear and professional communication during the interview.
Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the client to ensure answers match expectations.
Act in a manner that showcases strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while representing the client.
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical interviews for software engineering or AI/ML roles.
Strong understanding of coding challenges, algorithms, system design, and problem-solving techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly.
Availability during specific interview times (client will provide the interview schedule).
Previous experience working as an interview proxy is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of specific technologies, frameworks, or domains (e.g., full-stack development, machine learning, cloud technologies).
Comfortable with live coding and whiteboard-style interviews.
Duration: Ongoing, depending on interview schedules.
