Introduce me to AI ML tools which can help convert image styles

Hi I'm looking for someone with knowledge of AI / ML who will introduce me ( show some examples ) and help to choose best tool to convert one set of images in to new onia's, for example - convert pictures of cart to stones , or pictures of faces to cars.
This project is only to show me some example of tools and introduce me to the topic and help suggest solution to solve the task.
( not interested in ready made websites , looking for tool which can proceed images in bulk via scripting)
