Help few hours with botpress

Hi I have a couple of things that I'd like to improve on my botpress chatbot
(which for now is not in production)

I'd like to do:

1. as soon as you open the chatbot, it must 'start' and send the greeting
(without waiting for the user to type something)

2. when the chatbot is unable to find the answer in the knowledge-base, it should inform the user that it was not able to find an answer
(now it does nothing)

3. give it some care in general: this is my first botpress and it's lacking consistency and a bit of customization


Please bid only if you have some botpress chatbots in production
and are available to help me immediately, for 2 or 3 hours.
