Greyhound Racing Predictive Model

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a Greyhound Racing Predictive Model. I have both historical race results and betting odds available for analysis. I have processed, cleaned and normalised the data. I need your help with feature creation and the modelling aspect. I have the domain knowledge required but lack the coding ability to finalise the project. The desired output format for the predictive model is an interactive dashboard which displays the probabilities of runners for an upcoming race.
