Build GRIA: A Multi-Agency Smart Matching Recruitment Marketplace

**See attached PDF for easier to read version of the below**
Project Overview:
We (GRIA – Global Recruitment & Immigration Agency) require a full stack development team to build a cloud based, multi agency recruitment marketplace that empowers both recruitment agencies and employers.
The platform enables candidates to register once for exposure across multiple employers, while employers quickly sift through pre qualified candidates using a modern, Tinder style interface. Employers swipe/click to accept or reject candidate profiles. Accepted candidates then move into an interview request stage—where the employer selects a job requisition and the request (with attached position details) is routed to the recruiting agency. A GRIA Account Manager (Super Admin) oversees all activities to ensure system integrity.
While the platform will include essential candidate data management features (similar to core ATS/CRM functionalities), its standout element is AI-powered, streamlined candidate matching and interview workflow, all built with a premium modern GUI and adherence to best practice coding standards for future maintainability.

Key Functional Requirements:
1. Multi-Agency Candidate Upload & Profiling:
• Agency Onboarding:
o Recruitment agencies register and manage their accounts using a customizable white label interface.
• Candidate Profile Upload:
o Agencies upload candidate profiles via manual entry or CSV/API import.
o Mandatory data fields include:
Industry Experience, Role/Positions, Years of Experience
Qualifications & Certifications
Visa Status & Work Eligibility
English Proficiency & Additional Languages
Willingness to Work in Regional Areas
Current Country of Residence
Desired Salary (for both candidate expectations and filtering)
Resumes, photographs, and additional customizable tags.
• AI-Powered Resume Parsing:
o Use AI to extract key details from candidate CVs and auto-populate standardized fields.
2. Employer Portal with Tinder Style Interface:
• Aggregated Candidate Pool:
o Employers access a consolidated pool of candidate profiles from multiple recruitment agencies.
• Tinder Style Candidate Review:
o Employers view candidate profiles in a swipe style interface:
Swipe Right/Accept: Candidate moves into a “to-interview” queue.
Swipe Left/Reject: Candidate is removed from the active viewing pool.
• Interview Request Workflow:
o When swiping right, employers are prompted to attach a job requisition (selected from their posted job ads) that details the role.
o The interview request is then sent to the relevant recruiting agency (to maintain an arm's length process) and appears in an "Interview Requests" section.
• Advanced Filtering & Search:
o Employers can filter candidates by industry, role, years of experience, qualifications, visa status, language skills, desired salary, etc.
• Visual Pipeline Management:
o A Kanban style view to track candidate status (e.g., New, Accepted for Interview, Awaiting Candidate Confirmation).
3. GRIA Account Manager (Super Admin) Dashboard:
• Global Oversight:
o Complete visibility over candidate profiles, agency uploads, employer interactions, and interview requests.
• User & Permission Management:
o Manage all user accounts and set granular permissions.
• System Monitoring:
o Access audit logs, performance dashboards, and compliance reporting.
4. Minimal Core ATS/CRM Functionality:
• Candidate Data Management:
o Tools for updating profiles, logging notes, and tracking candidate progress.
• Interview Scheduling & Notifications:
o Basic workflow for interview requests with integrated calendar (Google/Outlook) notifications.
• Communication:
o Integrated messaging/notification system for updates between employers, agencies, and candidates.
• Reporting:
o Basic dashboards tracking key metrics such as time to hire and candidate pipeline statistics.
5. AI Integration:
• Candidate Matching & Ranking:
o AI algorithms to suggest and rank candidates based on uploaded profiles and employer criteria.
• Automated Resume Parsing:
o AI-driven resume parsing to auto-fill candidate fields.
• Enhanced Filtering Insights:
o AI-driven insights to help employers refine search filters and candidate shortlisting.
6. Modern, Premium GUI:
• Design & Aesthetics:
o A sleek, clean, and intuitive interface that communicates premium quality and excellence.
• Responsive Design:
o Fully responsive UI optimized for desktops and mobile devices.
• Branding Customization:
o Recruitment agencies can customize their dashboards with their own branding (logos, color schemes).
• User Experience:
o Smooth transitions and clear visual cues with minimal learning curve.
7. Coding Standards & Best Practices:
• Maintainability:
o Write clean, modular, and well documented code for easy future enhancements.
• Version Control & CI/CD:
o Use Git for version control and set up CI/CD pipelines (Docker, GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• AI Code Assistance:
o Leverage AI-based coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve efficiency and code quality.
• Testing:
o Perform unit, system, integration, user acceptance tests for all functionalities.
8. Integrations:
• Core Integrations:
o Basic calendar and email integrations for interview scheduling and notifications.
• API Development:
o Build robust RESTful APIs to support current and future integrations.

Development Process & Milestones:
Agile Methodology & Sprint Checkpoints:
• The project will be executed in two week sprints with regular weekly checkpoints and sprint review meetings. We require that design outputs (wireframes, user flows) and progress be shared as development advances, and we will actively participate in testing.
Milestone Breakdown:
• Month 1: Planning & Design
o Gather detailed requirements; produce wireframes, user flows, and design mockups.
o Establish project infrastructure, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
o Sprints 1-2: Deliver initial design prototypes and architecture documents.
• Month 2: Core Development – Backend & Frontend
o Develop multi agency onboarding and candidate profile upload functionality.
o Build the basic employer portal with aggregated candidate viewing (including data fields for desired salary and other key details).
o Sprints 3-4: Deliver basic dashboards for agencies and employers.
• Month 3: AI Integration & Tinder Style Workflow
o Implement AI driven resume parsing to auto-fill candidate profiles.
o Build the Tinder style candidate review interface (swipe right/left).
o Develop the interview request workflow, prompting job requisition attachment and routing requests to the respective agency.
o Sprints 5-6: Deliver AI matching and basic interview scheduling functions.
• Month 4: Testing, Refinement & Deployment
o Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing).
o Refine UI/UX to ensure a modern, premium look.
o Deploy platform to cloud hosting with CI/CD setup.
o Sprints 7-8: Finalize the MVP, run beta tests, and prepare for launch.
