GPT-J-6b Integration with React/Postgraphile Webapp

Building a B2B SaaS web app in react and postgraphile. Want to build text generation feature with open-source natural language generation models like GPT-J-6b.
Need the AI to:
1. Glean attributes (from sets of custom lists) out of raw scraped web data
2. Generate text based on prompts informed those selected attributes
I've had some success gleaning attributes, and especially generating language in very crude testing (I'm not an engineer) - looking for someone who understands GPT models to put it all together and integrate a wireframed prototype into this existing app
