Experienced Voice AI Specialist Needed for Outbound Calling Automation & Subscription Upsell

I am seeking an experienced Voice AI specialist to help develop and implement an automated outbound calling system for my business. The core objective is to use AI voice agents to reach out to our existing customers and offer them exclusive discounts in exchange for signing up for recurring monthly payments. The system should handle conversations end-to-end, with smart lead handling, discount logic, and CRM/database integration.
Key Requirements:
Voice AI Integration: You must have solid hands-on experience with platforms like Vapi, Synthflow, and Retell to build, deploy, and fine-tune AI voice agents.
Automation & Workflow Setup: We’ll be using Make.com or a similar automation tool for managing workflows, customer databases, and logging call outcomes.
Outbound Calling Focus: Your main task will be setting up an outbound AI agent that contacts customers with a pre-defined goal — upselling them to a recurring payment plan with a discount incentive.
Prompt Writing & Scripting: You’ll help write and optimize the conversation flows and discount offer scripts for high conversion.
CRM Syncing: Ensure the voice bot can pull from and update a customer list/database, and handle simple lead management tasks like tagging interested customers or marking callbacks.
Optional Routing: Ideally, the system should route qualified leads to a human agent or send follow-up via SMS/email automatically.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Proven experience with Vapi, Synthflow, and Retell, especially in outbound calling or lead conversion use cases
Familiarity with Make.com or similar no-code automation platforms
Background in voice AI scripting, especially persuasive or sales-based dialogue
Understanding of CRM systems and data syncing logic
Ability to guide or train our team to manage the system after handoff
Project Goals:
Fully functioning AI-powered outbound calling system
Automated discount offer flow for recurring billing opt-ins
Live dashboard or logs for tracking call outcomes
Documentation and prompt setup for future updates or iterations
Platform:
The system does not require Go High Level — we prefer flexibility using Make.com and other cloud tools, unless a better solution is recommended.
