AI/ML Engineer for Martketing Agent Development

Seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer capable of building intelligent agents with CrewAI. Our primary goal is to develop an AI-driven system that enhances decision-making across various facets of retail, focusing on training, marketing, and regulatory compliance. This project is on a fast track with an expected completion timeline of one month.

Responsibilities:
Develop, train, and deploy intelligent agents using CrewAI.
Implement models that enhance decision-making in training, marketing, and compliance within the retail sector.

Apply ML Ops principles to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI systems.
Collaborate with team members to understand industry-specific challenges and optimize agent performance for retail decision-making.

Requirements:
Proven experience in AI/ML engineering with hands-on knowledge of CrewAI.
Strong understanding of ML Ops practices, including model deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
