NEED AI ENGINE TO INTERPRET ADDRESSES

I'm looking for an AI expert who can develop an engine capable of interpreting various types of addresses.
Creating an AI tool that can handle different address types, including residential, commercial, and PO Box addresses.

The ideal freelancer for this project should have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning, with prior experience in address interpretation systems.

I have a database of names and addresses and I need to have the information interpreted by an AI engine and converted into paragraph format.

For example:

Last name: DOE
First name: JOHN
Middle name: HENRY
Sex: Male
Zodiac sign: Virgo

Would be converted by the AI engine to this (example):

John Henry Doe was a male who lived at 123 Main Street Nord East, apartment 101, in the city of Cumberland which is in the state of New Jersey in the country of the United States of America, and has the zip code 90210. John Doe may be reached by telephone at one of two numbers, 111-111-1111 or 222-222-2222. John Doe was born in January of 1901 and was a Virgo. John Doe died in January of 1999.

If the date of death does not exist, then the text must change appropriately, example "was a male" becomes "is a male", etc.

I need you to choose then right AI engine for the job. The AI engine must be a FREE engine with enough data behind it to do the job.

The AI engine you choose needs to work on an unbuntu 22.04.04 LTS server.

There must be a way to pass the address information to the AI, one at a time, or in batches, depending on the speed. The address data can be passed in a format of your choosing (JSON, delimited TEXT, etc). If it is passed in batches, then each entry in the batch would have a unique number, which the AI would return with the paragraph.

This will run on an Intel i9 computer with 10 cores, running at 3.7Ghz, with 96GIG of RAM, and with about 2.5TB of available nvme disc space. If your AI engine requires more disc space or RAM, you need to specify that.

You will deliver clearly documented, step by step instructions on how to install the AI on the machine. All instructions must be provided with numbered steps (1. Do this, 2. Do that, etc.), in a document (either text or Word format) and will be used to install the AI engine on a test machine before installing on a production machine. Any links to libraries or files to download or install must be fully documented. The steps must work without errors, and the use of the AI engine to interpret the address information must work well, with a minimum of errors.

You must test the entire setup on your own machine before delivering the document with the instructions.
