This plugin aims to optimize meeting structures by automating agenda creation, summarizing meetings, and providing actionable analytics to improve efficiency.
Key Deliverables:
1. Integration with Microsoft Platforms:
Use Microsoft Graph API to access calendars, emails, and Teams chats.
Seamlessly embed functionality into MS Teams and Outlook as plugins/add-ins.
2. AI-Powered Features:
Automate meeting agenda creation using natural language processing (NLP).
Generate concise post-meeting summaries with key action points.
3. Basic Analytics Dashboard:
Track metrics like meeting durations, attendance, and frequency.
Simple visualizations for user productivity insights.
4. User Interface (UI):
Build an intuitive and user-friendly interface for agenda creation and summary management.
Design responsive components for both Teams and Outlook.
Required Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Teams Development SDK.
Proficiency in Office Add-ins Framework for Outlook plugin development.
