Emovere AI: Conversational AI

We are an early-stage AI startup building a real-time AI voice assistant for natural, human-like phone conversations. Our goal is to revolutionize AI communication using ASR, NLU, NLG, and TTS technologies.

Currently, we are in the pre-funding stage and seeking investment. We need a Project Manager who can help structure our development, manage teams, and prepare for rapid execution once funding is secured.

1. AI Development & Product Execution
A) Oversee the end-to-end development of Emovere AI, ensuring that the product meets technical and emotional intelligence goals.
B) Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to develop a seamless user experience.
C) Optimize AI models for real-time conversations, emotion recognition, and personalized interactions.

2. Team & Resource Management
A) Lead cross-functional teams (AI engineers, software developers, voice UI designers).
B) Ensure that development stays on schedule and within budget.
C) Hire and manage new talent as the company scales.

3. Business & Monetization Strategy
A) Align AI product development with business goals to maximize user retention and revenue.
B) Develop pricing strategies and subscription-based models for monetizing AI companionship.
C) Identify potential investors, partners, and business collaborations.

4. Scalability & Competitive Strategy
A) Identify bottlenecks in AI performance and user engagement to scale effectively.
B) Monitor competitors like Replika, OpenAI’s ChatGPT Voice, and Google Gemini AI to stay ahead.
C) Expand AI features into WhatsApp, VR, AR, smart speakers, and wearables.

5. Skills & Experience
A) Technical Understanding – Familiarity with AI technologies like ASR, NLU, NLG, and TTS is a plus.
B) Agile & Scrum Mastery – Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies to manage development cycles.
C) Budget & Resource Planning – Should know how to allocate funds, hire talent, and manage operations once funding is secured.
D) Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs (bonus).
E) Team Leadership – Ability to manage AI engineers, developers, and designers effectively.
F) Knowledge of privacy laws (GDPR, AI ethics, and user data security).
G) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI infrastructure.

6. Leadership & Team Management
A) Ability to coordinate multiple teams, including engineers, UX/UI designers, and marketing teams.
B) Experience in managing product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
C) Strong communication skills for interacting with investors, stakeholders, and end users.

7. Business & Market Strategy
A) Experience in AI product development and monetization strategies.
B) Understanding of subscription-based models, SaaS, and AI-powered engagement tools.
C) Ability to analyze user data to optimize AI interactions and user experience.

8. Work Experience & Background
A) 5+ years of experience in AI-driven or SaaS projects.
B) Experience in leading AI startups, voice assistant projects, or NLP-based applications.
C) Previously worked at companies like Google, OpenAI, Amazon, Microsoft, or AI startups.
D) Experience in handling large amount of funds
