ElevenLabs Expert Needed for Small Project

I'm seeking an ElevenLabs specialist for a small project using conversational ai agents. You are very familiar with the interface and have used it before (and you can prove this).

I am especially interested in knowing how to connect to the API and knowing how to configure tools (especially webhooks).
