I'm in need of a professional AI expert and teacher to assist me in understanding which AI tools and technologies to use for what. Context is that I help several companies to build custom tools that rely on Chat-GPT. However, I realized that I should try out Claude. Then I realized I should try out Poe. The AI landscape is changing so rapidly that it's hard to keep up with. Your key responsibility is ensure that I know everything that's out there such that I'm not passing up a valuable model for my use case.

Key Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Machine learning, Natural language processing
- Ability to provide a general understanding of what models are currently available
- Ability to explain complex ideas in an understandable way
- Experience in one-on-one educational sessions

Key Responsibilities:
- General: Meet with me to help me understand the AI landscape
- Specific: I will provide you with a company use case and you tell me which model (free or paid) to use
- Technical: From time to time, I will ask you how I can use open source models
