I'm looking for an expert who can help develop an AI-driven dynamic pricing model for electric vehicle (EV) charging. The primary target of this project is to create a solution that is useful for policymakers, as they play a crucial role in the decarbonization of transport and the promotion of sustainable practices.
Key challenges to address include:
- Overload of the grid: The current systems are often inefficient and lead to a strain on the grid.
- Price variances: Unpredictable pricing can deter users from switching to electric vehicles.
- Peak-hour fossil fuels usage: We need to find a way to minimize the use of non-renewable energy sources during peak hours.
The AI model should prioritize Solar Power as the primary renewable energy source for charging.
