I am looking for an experienced web developer, preferably with expertise in Bubble.io or other No-Code/Low-Code platforms, to help build the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of a job application platform. The goal of the platform is to allow job seekers to upload their CVs and have the system automatically analyze their resume, match them to relevant job opportunities, and send out applications on their behalf without needing to manually write a cover letter.

The key functionalities of the MVP are as follows:

User Registration & Profile Setup:

Basic user registration (email, password) and login functionality.
Ability to create and manage a user profile, including uploading a CV (PDF/Word formats).
CV Upload & Analysis:

A feature where users can upload their CVs.
Integration of a Natural Language Processing (NLP) tool (like OpenAI GPT-4 or similar) to analyze the uploaded CVs, extract key information (skills, experiences, qualifications, etc.), and generate a structured profile.
Job Matching:

Integration of a job listing API (such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or a similar service) to retrieve relevant job openings.
A matching algorithm that compares the user’s CV data with job listings to find the most suitable opportunities.
Automated Application Submission:

The system should generate a basic cover letter using the CV information and job description (using AI).
Automated submission of applications via email or a similar submission method to the job listing.
Notifications:

Users should receive notifications once an application has been successfully submitted or when new matching jobs are found.
Scope of Work:
UI/UX Design:

Design a clean, user-friendly interface. The website should have a professional, modern, and easy-to-navigate layout.
Key pages include:
Landing Page (Overview of the service, benefits, and CTA to sign up)
User Dashboard (where users can upload/manage CVs, track applications, etc.)
Job Search & Match Page (displaying matching jobs)
Application Status Page (tracking sent applications)
Notifications/Alerts section
Backend Development:

Setup the database to store user information, uploaded CVs, and job application statuses.
Integrate APIs for NLP analysis (e.g., OpenAI or Textkernel) and job listing services (e.g., Indeed API, LinkedIn API).
Set up the logic for job matching and automated application submission.
AI Integration:

Use AI-based tools to:
Analyze the CV and extract key details (skills, experience, qualifications).
Create a basic cover letter tailored to the job listing using the extracted information.
Automation:

Automate the job application process. After the job match, the system should automatically submit applications on behalf of the user.
Implement basic email automation to notify users when applications have been sent or when new matching jobs are found.
Testing & Deployment:

Ensure the website is fully responsive and works across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Test for performance, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
Assist with launching the website (deployment).
Deliverables:
Fully functional MVP of the platform with the ability to:
Register users and upload CVs
Analyze CVs using AI/NLP
Match CVs with job listings
Automatically generate and submit applications
A responsive, clean, and intuitive UI/UX design.
Documentation on how the system works, including instructions for future improvements or scaling.
Support for a smooth launch and testing phase.
