AI Developer for Property Inspection Tool

Project Overview
We are seeking an AI developer to help us design and implement a smart solution that transforms the way we conduct quality inspections of residential properties. The goal is to streamline our current manual process by enabling video-based inspections with voice commentary, and using AI to organise, extract, and present the findings in a usable report format.
This solution will ultimately allow a local inspector to walk through a house once with a high-quality camera and voiceover, then have a remote team member use the processed output to complete the inspection report — saving significant time and improving accuracy.

Design a solution using existing AI tools and platforms to:
• Ingest high-resolution video footage with voice commentary.
• Automatically transcribe and categorise spoken comments into predefined checklist sections (approx. 230 items per property).
• Optionally generate written comments from voice inputs.
• Timestamp commentary for cross-referencing with specific points in the video.
• Provide output that is editable and easily transferrable into our current reporting app.
