Develop AI that can create a realistic person (with photos and videos)

I need a good developer.
I haven't found any ready-made AI software/apps but if you have any to recommend, I'm welcome.
My idea is to develop an artificial intelligence that can make a very realistic person (that looks like a real person), that I give input to the AI and it makes the image or video. For example, a request could be "create an image in which the person plays soccer", or "create a video in which the person eats a pizza" etc.
If you have something similar already developed let me see it. I don't have a favorite programming language.
