Develop customer service speech bot/agent using Chatgpt, TTS, STT, AI, NLU/NLG, API

I am looking for a developer who can create an AI customer service speech bot/agent using Chatgpt, TTS, STT, ML, NLU/NLG, and API. The bot/agent should be programmed using Python, PHP, Java etc. I require integration with specific platforms and APIs being developed. The ideal candidate should have experience with Chatgpt, TTS, STT, AI, NLU/NLG/NLP and APIs. They should also be proficient in Chatgpt prompt engineering. The project should result in a standalone solution that can be easily integrated with the specified platforms and APIs. The bot should pass Turing test or close to it.
