Cut video with AI based on audio comparison

Hi, I will need a program or script that can open Video A ( which is a compilation) and open all sources ( Video B, C, D , E ) and compare the audio in order to find the exact timestamps that where used from the sources to make the compilation.

The AI will cut the video based on the audio match and download and save the video with Audio based on these timestamps
