Project Description:
We are looking for experienced freelancers to help us build the core AI model for an AI-based call center tailored to handle customer interactions in the Kuwaiti dialect. This phase focuses entirely on creating and fine-tuning Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Dialogue Management models.
The goal is to develop an accurate and functional AI that can:
1- Recognize Kuwaiti Arabic speech and transcribe it.
2- Understand customer queries in Kuwaiti Arabic.
3- Respond fluently and naturally in the same dialect.
