I'm looking for a developer who can create an AI application using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to serve customer inquiries. The app should be able to provide accurate responses to a range of customer questions, particularly around legislation and regulatory guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an AI application that can handle general inquiries and specific questions around legislation and regulatory guidance.
- Integrate the app with our extensive existing data sources for legislative and regulatory information.
- Ensure the app is user-friendly and capable of providing accurate responses in a timely manner.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in AI app development, particularly with RAG.
- Strong understanding of customer service applications.
- Experience with integrating extensive data sources into applications.
- Ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
The app will function as a minimal viable product and if the app provides the right level of accuracy and correct outputs, we will be looking at expanding the product further.
