Create a quiz webapp that uses machine learning and NLP AI to generate questions.

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a quiz webapp that utilizes machine learning and NLP AI to generate multiple choice questions. It will have a freemium subscription model and incentive /gamification features to encourage engagement.

I am an assistant head teacher with over 10 years experience in educational leadership positions. Although I am happy to pay a one off price for the project or alternatively, I would prefer to enter a business arrangement with you whereby we form a partnership and share profits made. This is likely to be more profitable for you.

Subject/Topic:
- The quiz will be targetted towards students studying A levels (age 16-18). I have found a specific niche within the education market that has yet to be exploited and is very lucrative. I will be much more specific following the NDA.
