Create Work Package for building an AI driven edtech platform

I am looking for a freelancer to create a work package for building an AI driven edtech platform. The platform will be targeted towards school students and its purpose is to provide educational content and make personalised learning expereience for children at the same time reduce work load for teachers. The content and features will be presented to users through text-based instructions, chat bot etc
