Content Tool Needed

Hello all,

I want to create a tool that creates content for me. The tool would have the following flow:
1. Scrapes relevant predefined sites for content (AI, Freelancing, Digital Etc.) + It can be fed various links manually
2. Adds that to Playground or similar
3. Uses training from my scripts and hooks that I'll provide + the body structure (E.g. Hook, opening, body, closure etc.)
4. Outputs long form and short form pieces of content (1500 words roughly and 75-200)

Additionally:
1. If possible, sends those scripts to my Heygen API, which is an AI avatar creation tool
2. Produces finished pieces of content that can be published to social (Maybe publishing API like Hootsuite, Buffr or similar)

Questions:
1. What is your experience doing something similar
2. How are you planning to scrap content, as I think that this will be incredibly challenging
3. Do you have additional recommendations to enrich this tool (Optional)
4. What is your price
