Consulting for the Feasibility and Structuring of an AI Model for Real Estate Renovation and Tenant Profiling
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
We are looking for an expert in artificial intelligence and digital platforms to provide consulting services for the feasibility and structuring of an AI-powered system designed to support real estate renovation projects and tenant profile analysis.
? Note: This phase is strictly consulting only. No development is required at this stage.
The AI model should be capable of performing two key functions:
1️⃣ Automated Reports for Real Estate Renovation Projects:
The AI should generate detailed reports with essential insights for decision-making, including:
✅ Project overview
✅ Feasibility analysis (technical, financial, and operational)
✅ Financial assessment
✅ Market demand analysis
✅ Render generation (optional but desirable)
2️⃣ AI-Based Tenant Profile Analysis (Using Existing Scoring Platforms):
The tenant profile analysis will be conducted using scoring platforms already available in our company. The AI model should process and cross-analyze these reports to provide:
✅ Financial background validation (income, credit history, stability)
✅ Rental history assessment
✅ Behavioral analysis based on data trends
✅ Risk assessment & scoring consolidation
The system should be designed for integration into a digital platform, allowing multiple users (tenants and landlords) to access and utilize it efficiently.
Project Phases:
1️⃣ Prototype Phase: Market validation & proof of concept
2️⃣ Full Development: Implementation & optimization
Scope of the Consultancy:
? Feasibility analysis of the AI model for both project reporting & tenant analysis
? Integration strategy with existing scoring platforms
? Cost structuring & optimization strategies
? Execution timeline definition
The project will initially be implemented in Colombia, with plans to expand to Italy. We seek strategic consulting to define the best development and execution approach tailored to real estate investment and tenant selection.
Required Skills:
