Code a room visualizer

looking to get an application made where the folliowing can be done 1. go to website on their phone 2. go to a flooring color option 3. select room visualizer 4. opens the camera to show what the floor would look like in their room/home i have 11 colors of floors. I have the pictures of the floors.
