I'm seeking a seasoned AI developer capable of crafting a bespoke AI-driven chatbot. The primary tasks include:

- Enabling the chatbot to conduct structured conversations with users.
- Equipping it to deliver personalized responses.
- Integrating with various external data sources to enhance interaction quality.

This project necessitates a deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), experience with AI-powered chat systems, and strong backend development skills to facilitate seamless and intelligent user interactions.

The chatbot will be deployed on a website and it should support both text and voice-based interactions.

Project Scope:
The chatbot will:
• Engage users in structured conversations based on a predefined framework.
• Adapt to user inputs and provide intelligent, context-aware responses.
• Incorporate NLP and machine learning to improve over time.
• Allow user interaction via text-based UI, with potential for voice integration.
• Include goal-setting and tracking functionalities.
• Be easily scalable with cloud deployment options.
