AI Caller Assistant Development

I'm looking to develop an AI caller assistant using 11labs and Vapi voice technology. This assistant will be responsible for receiving client calls, answering queries, providing information, scheduling appointments, and sending call transcripts to clients via email. Additionally, the AI should be capable of promoting our company's products and offering a bilingual (English and Spanish) option during calls.
