Build an AI Voice Agent for My Business (Conversational Voice Assistant)

I’m looking for an experienced AI developer / voice automation expert to build an AI Voice Agent that can interact with customers naturally — similar to a virtual receptionist or sales assistant.
The goal is to create a real-time, conversational voice agent that can talk to users in a friendly, human-like tone, answer questions, and perform simple tasks (like booking appointments, providing information, or taking feedback).
Key Requirements:
Strong experience with AI voice technologies (e.g., OpenAI Realtime API, Retell AI, Vapi, or similar platforms).
Ability to integrate speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems (like Whisper, ElevenLabs, Play.ht, or Azure).
