Build a Real Estate program/software/site/app/database etc.

I work in Real Estate. I want to create a site, program, excel sheet, mobile app etc that will pull property data, mortgage data, court records, City records etc from multiple websites and organize it into 1 site. The site will need to have all the pulled information displayed on the site, as well as links to some of the data that will be displayed, in real time. This is just a very minimal and brief overview of what the project would be. I would like for it to be integrated with AI as well. We can discuss more in detail and provide example reference sites...
